GEOINT Program Manager - TS/SCI

WiSC Enterprises is seeking to network with a GEOINT Program Manager to join our team for a potential opportunity at NGA in Springfield, VA and St. Louis, MO. This contract has not been awarded and is not currently funded but is expected to begin in 2024. The GEOINT Program Manager will support the customer, employees and WiSC’s interests in all day-to-day functions. They will be responsible for supporting the Program Management Office with GEOINT & tactical data program management functions, as well as ensuring the mission and Government customer’s requests are met in a timely and accurate manner.

GEOINT Program Managers shall:

• Provide technical advisory support and services to Motion GEOINT interoperability with ISR systems.
• Provide technical support for the integration of tactical exploitation with national intelligence and national exploitation of tactical intelligence. 
• Provide technical and acquisition experience in rapid execution of Hyper-Spectral Imagery (HSI) and Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) tactical data projects with a focus on interoperability, testing, tactical data ingest, processing, exploitation/analysis, storage, dissemination, and associated infrastructures tactical data integration activities. 
• Provide engineering and project management support to the government PM/COR from requirements statements to O&S support and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) review.  

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the following:
• Working with tactical sensors and tactical integration with DoD, NGA or US/Coalition Mission Partners.
• NGA or DoD organization acquisition and procedures.
• Program and project management.
• A Bachelor’s Degree
• Top Secret Clearance/SCI
