Responsibilities

WiSC Enterprises is seeking a Mid-Level Technical/GovCon Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts from our Chantilly, VA HQ. You shall provide full lifecycle talent acquisition support in coordination with our hiring team to source, identify, interview, and lock in candidates for our existing Prime Contracts and Subcontracts, as well as our ongoing proposal efforts for new contracts. The ideal candidate will possess at minimum five years of technical and/or govcon recruiting experience, preferably with experience hiring candidates with high-level security clearances such as TS/SCI, and up to CI/FS Poly.  

 

This is a full-time onsite position, and shall be based out of our Chantilly HQ Office. 

 

As part of this position, you may be expected to: 

  • Source for candidates though job boards (Indeed, ClearanceJobs, etc), social media and referrals.
  • Identify candidates for openings on existing prime contracts and subcontracts, as well as identify candidates for proposal efforts.
  • Screen and route resumes, schedule interviews, conduct interviews, recommend qualified candidates to department managers for further interviews as necessary.
  • Conduct reference checks, secure acceptances, and communicate rejections when necessary with the Talent Acquisition Team/Project Manager
  • Utilize ATS systems to prepare offer letters, post new positions, and monitor new applications/candidates as they apply. 

Required Qualifications

 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience preferrably with security clearances to include TS/SCI with CI or FS Poly.
  • Experience with using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably iCIMS.
  • Excellent organization, planning, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience or familiarity using MS Office / Office 365 Suite, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. 
  • Proven ability to conduct extensive Internet mining, social media, and social networking tactics for sourcing the best qualified candidates and building a network for passive candidate pipelines. 
  • Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
