Overview

WiSC Enterprises has a potential opening for a Senior Business Operations Specialist at the Defense Health Agency’s Contracting and Acquisition Support Services (CASS) program. This contract has not been awarded and is expected to be awarded in January or February 2025.

 

As a Senior Business Operations Specialist, you will be part of the DHA’s Executive Support Office unit providing or coordinating support for areas such as strategic/operational planning, business process management, business operations, policy coordination, interpretation and dissemination, training, and other related long-term activities. Also, you may be required to interface with senior Government and industry officials.

 

This is an onsite position based in the Defense Health Agency’s location in Falls Church, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Plans and drives organizational communication through various vehicles to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develops and implements methods to monitor, evaluate, forecast, and report progress toward achieving organizational goals and objectives and to inform strategic decisions.
  • Produces, maintains, and publishes a variety of routine reports and publications for use within DHACA.
  • Keeps the Government apprised of changes, recommending a way ahead for implementation and ensure widest dissemination possible among DHA acquisition workforces.
  • Assists with developing workforce information and ensure the widest dissemination possible among DHA acquisition workforces.
  • Assist with developing, analyzing, and disseminating performance reports.
  • Completes and coordinates all necessary facilities forms for onboarding/moving personnel.
  • Provides support to the Facilities Liaison for DHACA (AD-S).
  • Maintains DHACA (AD-S) space utilization plan and measures space utilization performance.
  • Monitors DHACA (AD-S) hoteling workstations and tracks usage for traveling personnel and maintain keys for private offices as required.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree and 10 years of experience in strategic/operational planning, business process management, business operations, policy coordination, interpretation and dissemination, training, task management, information management, facility and space management, and related activities.
  • 3 years of experience with Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) or similar task management system.
  • Must be a US Citizen and eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance.
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification required.

Computer Skills

  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project as well as with Adobe Acrobat.
