WiSC Enterprises has a potential opening for a Senior Project Manager at the Defense Health Agency’s Contracting and Acquisition Support Services (CASS) program. This contract has not been awarded and is expected to be awarded in January or February 2025.

 

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be performing day-to-day management of contract support operations involving multiple tasks and groups of personnel at multiple locations, on a single project. Also, you are expected to be professional, responsive, and have excellent communication skills as you may be required to interface with senior Government and industry officials.

 

This is an onsite position based in the Defense Health Agency's Dayton, OH location.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical guidance to the project team in performance of the work and reviews the quality of all work products.
  • Responsible for staffing, project planning, project financials, and staff direction and oversight.
  • Maintains and manages the client interface with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) of the client organization.
  • Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all contract support activities.
  • Assists the Program Manager as required in managing contract performance.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Must be a US Citizen and eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance.
  • Demonstrates skills in the scope of work encompassed by the contract / task order.

Computer Skills

  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project as well as with Adobe Acrobat.
