Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage data across MS Office products, including Access, Excel, SharePoint sites, and internal websites.

  • Support the development of knowledge management metrics tools and dashboards to enable visibility into performance and operations.

  • Facilitate small and large group discussions to communicate business strategies and concepts to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Create and manage automated program schedules, leveraging integrated planning tools across programs and interagency initiatives.

  • Develop automated tools and workflows, such as process automation solutions, SharePoint checklists, and data dashboards.

  • Support the reporting of performance metrics and alignment with PMO data and objectives.

  • Apply understanding of supply chain risk management to help identify vulnerabilities and inform decision-making.

  • Implement online training programs, communication strategies, and training plans to support organizational goals.

  • Provide governance and oversight support for senior management, contributing to planning, coordination, and execution efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Science, Business Management, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience in a DoD or IC environment, including support to strategic planning, integrated scheduling, and governance functions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Access, Excel, and SharePoint.

  • Experience developing or managing automated tools, dashboards, and process workflows.

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an accessible format.

  • Understanding of supply chain concepts and program risk management.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility required.
