As a NITFS Request For Change (RFC) Process Program/Project Manager (RFC) you will be the primary point of contact for all RFC -related matters within ExServ. You will review, assess, and modify RFCs to ensure alignment with ExServ’s goals and objectives.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Coordination and Management of RFCs:
Review and Validation:
Documentation and Tracking:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; PMP certification strongly preferred.
8–12 years of project/program management experience within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community.
Proven experience in managing large-scale technical programs with complex integration requirements.
Proven experience with NITFS RFC Process
Experience with requirements and configuration management tools and processes.
Demonstrated experience in risk management, metrics development, and data analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior leadership.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clearance:
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility required.
