Lead innovation-focused programs through the full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with mission priorities, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Apply best practices in program and project management, using structured methodologies to manage performance, risk, and stakeholder expectations.
Provide subject matter expertise in enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, and cloud infrastructure support.
Support strategic planning and execution aligned with customer missions, leveraging innovation mainstreaming models and transformation frameworks.
Facilitate collaboration across business units, IT, and mission partners to introduce emerging technologies and scalable solutions.
Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts, address challenges, and optimize program outcomes.
Contribute to the development of roadmaps, decision briefs, and governance documentation for modernization and innovation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
Master’s degree or MBA in Business or International Business preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management, or equivalent specialized experience with program management tools.
ITIL Certification or demonstrated knowledge of IT service management principles.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and solutions architecture in a government or large-scale enterprise setting.
Demonstrated knowledge of mission partner ecosystems, customer engagement strategies, and innovation integration models.
Proven experience in strategic analysis, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
Strong understanding of the geospatial intelligence mission and its role in supporting the IC, DoD, or non-DoD missions.
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility required.
