Track, assign, and manage internal and external taskers, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather responses, briefings, and deliverables for leadership review.
Support program management activities, including calendar coordination, action tracking, and meeting support.
Assist with logistics, document preparation, and communications for internal and external engagements.
Maintain accurate records of tasker assignments, due dates, and response statuses using task management tools.
Collaborate with human resources, operations, or training teams as needed to ensure administrative alignment with mission needs.
Provide general support to front office leadership, maintaining a professional and responsive interface with staff and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field such as Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
Demonstrated experience in Program Management, Operations Support, Human Resources, Training Support, or Logistics Support.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information and multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with government task tracking tools or databases.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility required.
