Responsibilities

  • Support the development and alignment of enterprise architectures, ensuring system capabilities, features, and services comply with mission requirements and applicable agreements.

  • Provide technical and strategic support to DoD/IC acquisition, requirements, and PPBES processes.

  • Collaborate on the integration of capabilities across government, commercial, and foreign partners to ensure compliance with architecture and data-sharing standards.

  • Prepare and deliver analytical presentations and briefings for senior leadership, including program management reviews and stakeholder meetings.

  • Assist in the oversight of program development activities, including:

    • CONOPS development

    • Technology roadmap planning

    • Requirements definition and allocation

    • Cross-segment/interface alignment

    • Verification, validation, and transition to operations

  • Participate in Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) and technical reviews to evaluate integration issues and technology readiness.

  • Provide input on lifecycle decisions including deployment, operations, and retirement planning.

  • Support system engineering lifecycle activities including decomposition, allocation, and validation across programs and segments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering or a related STEM field such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.

  • Experience with systems engineering of large, complex System of Systems (SoS) or Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) in cloud, on-premise, or hybrid environments.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting capability integration across multi-agency and multinational environments.

  • Familiarity with government acquisition and requirements processes, including PPBES.

  • Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle, technical planning, and enterprise-level oversight.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and senior leadership stakeholders.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility required.
