Overview

WiSC Enterprises is seeking a highly experienced Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide strategic and technical guidance in support of Intelligence Community (IC) collaboration, analytic advancement, and high-level government decision-making. This position requires an individual with deep expertise in defense intelligence operations, technical program management, and the ability to influence planning and policy at the highest levels of government and allied organizations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise across all phases of intelligence collaboration, analytic methodology development, and strategic planning

  • Support the development and conveyance of advanced analytic methodologies, collection strategies, and decision-support processes that enhance national and allied military objectives

  • Perform technical project management and serve as a liaison between government and industry teams to ensure successful execution of mission-critical programs

  • Guide the direction, execution, and advocacy of highly technical efforts, including contracts and funding, in collaboration with senior leadership

  • Represent government interests in interagency meetings, high-level briefings, and international planning efforts

  • Independently collaborate across senior levels of the IC and DoD, influencing programming, budgeting, and policy decisions

  • Contribute to the identification and integration of cutting-edge capabilities to address evolving mission needs

Required Qualifications

  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI required

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in National Security, Intelligence, Engineering, Political Science, or a related field (Master’s or higher preferred)

  • Experience:

    • 10+ years of experience in a senior SME or technical advisory role within the DoD, IC, or national security enterprise

    • Demonstrated experience supporting or influencing planning, programming, and budgeting processes at senior government levels

    • Proven ability to lead cross-agency collaboration, technical teams, and government-industry partnerships

    • Background in analytic tradecraft, intelligence collection strategies, and emerging defense technologies

  • Skills:

    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive briefing skills

    • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable recommendations for senior leadership

    • Familiarity with IC mission priorities, program lifecycles, and interagency dynamics

    • Strong understanding of project management principles, acquisition processes, and funding execution
