WiSC Enterprises is seeking a forward-thinking Policy & Strategic Planning Analyst to support the development and execution of long-range strategies that enhance national security mission success. This role requires strong experience in policy analysis, strategic frameworks, and investment planning—along with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders to shape the future direction of programs, capabilities, and priorities.
Support the identification, development, and implementation of long-term policy, analytic, and operational strategies to enhance mission effectiveness
Assist in strategic planning efforts across systems, processes, and capabilities, aligning organizational initiatives with broader national security objectives
Contribute to the creation of investment strategies and recommendations to guide resource allocation, technology integration, and capability advancement
Perform gap analysis, trend forecasting, and strategic risk assessments to inform decision-making and prioritization
Collaborate with senior leadership, technical teams, and policy stakeholders to ensure alignment between mission execution and strategic goals
Develop briefings, white papers, and strategic planning documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Clearance: Active TS/SCI required
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, International Affairs, Strategic Studies, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Experience:
5–7 years of experience in strategic planning, defense policy, or national security strategy development
Familiarity with intelligence or defense mission planning, investment strategies, or enterprise-level transformation initiatives
Experience supporting long-term planning and execution frameworks within government or defense agencies
Skills:
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex issues into actionable strategies
Exceptional writing and briefing skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
Ability to synthesize policy, operational, and technical information to inform planning decisions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strategic planning tools
