About the Role

WiSC Enterprises is seeking a motivated Technical Advisor – Associate to support data analysis, research, and systems improvement for government programs. This is an entry-level to early-career position ideal for candidates who want to grow their technical and analytical expertise while supporting mission-critical operations under the guidance of senior staff.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to research, data collection, and collation for studies and assessments.

  • Compile data and prepare inputs for reports, technical documents, and operational summaries.

  • Perform assessments and basic analysis to identify opportunities to improve system efficiency.

  • Assist in planning studies on organizational processes, information flow, production methods, or cost analysis.

  • Support the development of user requirements and system specifications under senior direction.

  • Assist with the preparation of configuration management plans, life cycle documentation, and logistics support plans.

  • Help draft manuals, specifications, and user documentation for clients and end-users.

  • Work independently on well-defined tasks with some review and rework by senior team members as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).

  • Education and experience meeting Associate-level requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 0 years of experience, OR

    • High School Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience.

  • Ability to contribute to technical and operational problem-solving in a structured environment.

  • Basic understanding of data analysis, process evaluation, and systems improvement.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
