Responsibilities

Provide technical advisory support and services to program leadership for interoperability with Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems.
• Provide technical support for integrating tactical exploitation with national intelligence capabilities and national exploitation of tactical intelligence.

• Support Military Services’ intelligence systems development efforts.
• Apply technical and acquisition experience to rapid execution of Hyper-Spectral Imagery (HSI) and Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) tactical data efforts with focus on interoperability, testing, data ingest, processing, exploitation/analysis, storage, dissemination, and infrastructure integration.
• Perform program management assistance for daily administrative functions such as tasker processing and tracking, meeting coordination, weekly activity reporting, and program or project outreach.
• Support governance activities, exercises, and demonstrations, and provide leadership support during periodic briefings and events.
• Assist with drafting and presenting program-level presentations to external organizations and customers.
• Provide engineering and project management support across the full lifecycle from requirements definition through operations and sustainment, including review of Earned Value Management artifacts.
• Assist in managing multiple airborne projects, concentrating on installation, configuration, and capability improvements.
• Provide direct support to program management for spend plans, independent government cost estimates, and ROM/BOM reviews.
• Monitor contractor software build processes to strengthen version-delivery testing at both development and government test locations.

Skills and Experience (Required)

• Specialized experience with tactical sensors and tactical data integration within DoD or U.S./coalition mission environments.
• Specialized experience with federal or DoD acquisition processes and procedures.
• Specialized experience in program and project management.
