Intermediate Digital Engineer

Supports Contracting Officer’s Representatives (COTRs) and development teams by refining requirements, system designs, and test capabilities to meet mission needs. Applies Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools to improve system lifecycle outcomes.

• Develop and refine system requirements, architectures, and design artifacts
• Apply MBSE methodologies to system development and lifecycle management
• Collaborate with COTRs, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission needs
• Support integration, testing, and validation of system capabilities
• Contribute to architecture frameworks and modeling strategies

• Master's and  4 years OR Bachelor's and 7 years OR Doctorate and 3 year OR Associate and 8 years Or HS and 10 years 

• Experience with MBSE methodologies, tools, and frameworks (DoDAF, SysML, UAF)
• Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes
• Experience translating mission needs into technical requirements
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams

• Top Secret/SCI with Poly

• OCSMP Level 2 (Model Builder Fundamental) or higher
• Experience with DoD architecture development and documentation
• Hands-on experience with MBSE modeling tools
