Responsibilities
- Lead MBSE strategy, implementation, and governance
- Oversee development of system architectures, requirements, and models
- Advise COTRs and senior stakeholders on technical approaches and solutions
- Ensure alignment of system designs with mission objectives and enterprise architecture
- Mentor junior and intermediate engineers
- Drive innovation in modeling approaches and tools
Required Qualifications
- Deep expertise in MBSE methodologies, frameworks, and tools (DoDAF, SysML, UAF)
- Proven experience leading system engineering efforts in complex environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience guiding system design, integration, and validation
Desired Qualifications
- OCSMP Level 2 or higher (advanced levels preferred)
- Experience supporting federal or DoD programs
- Expertise in enterprise-level architecture and digital engineering transformation
